Drummer, percussionist, composer, interpreter and trainer, Jacky « YaKi » Desveronnieres has a passion and has developped in a world of percussions and drums for more than 25 years. During several years, he has accompanied various recognized artists (Vassiliu, Gotainer, Azuquita, Tumba & Trombon, etc). As a composer, arranger and artistic director, today he performs numerous musical and choreographical shows. YaKi invites us to travel through his «melted » creations rich with the crossing of different cultures…

In his new creation «Tsangala», YaKi reveals on stage his world with melted and forceful musical notes, scented with Latin, Afro-Cuban, African spices and jazz …

Attached to the passing on of his artistic world, particularly to children, YaKi offers a « travelling-concert », rich with exchange between the young audience and the artists. (Project supported by the Tarn school inspection).

Before or after a concert, for a music school…, YaKi offers an introduction to Afro-Cuban culture through the presentation of his musical concept and of the three Bata drums.
